Öhns School is located in the countryside with nature right at your doorstep and has access to ski trails, an ice rink, and its own school forest.

During the school year 26/27, Öhns School will be divided into four classes: F-1, grades 2-3, grades 4, and grades 5-6. The operations consist of about 60 students, and the Fyrens after-school care is also part of the operations. The school has a playground that invites creative play. Here you will find a zip line, two football fields, outdoor table tennis tables, a bandy field, and a basketball hoop, as well as proximity to the forest.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

If the necessary decisions are made, we are now looking for a teacher in after-school care/after-school educator for the Öhn Resele principal area, with placement at Öhns after-school care.

In your professional role at Öhns after-school care, you will be responsible for creating good conditions for learning throughout the students' entire day at school and working to develop the students' abilities, both academically and socially, in accordance with the governing documents. You will serve both in after-school care and in the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified teacher in after-school care or a certified after-school educator, preferably in combination with subject qualifications such as music, sports, or other subjects that may be advantageous.
• is well acquainted with the governing documents of schools and after-school care and has the ability to implement them in practice in an enjoyable and clear way.
• is engaged and focuses on the student's development and learning.
• is attentive to the context you are in.
• has good communication skills.
• is a confident person, good at collaborating, and is a natural leader for the student group. You value good relationships and good collaboration with colleagues and guardians.

Requirement: Driver's license B.

For this position, presenting a criminal record extract from the police is a prerequisite for employment.
