About the role

As a Preschool Teacher/Leisure Teacher at IES Sundsvall, you will work closely with students in grades 3-5. We see the time at the leisure center as a complement to the students' school day, where they should have a chance to be challenged and develop through informal learning. You will also be an important part of the team supporting students in their learning during the school day, primarily in grades 3 and 5.

During the school day, our staff supports a selection of lessons, contributing to a good learning environment and providing the opportunity to work with the school's values. At the leisure center, students have a chance to grow through activities that promote both social and academic development.

The work will be conducted in both Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Preschool Teacher or Leisure Teacher.
• Has good knowledge of the curriculum and the goals of the Leisure Center.
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and a team player who values collaboration and engagement.
• Wants to create a good learning environment for students and contribute to developing their language and social skills.
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• Is willing to go the extra mile to provide students with the best opportunities.
