It is a well-established independent school run by the Foundation Language School in Upplands Väsby. Under the school's roof are the English school, the Sweden-Finnish school both with associated after-school care and the Language School's preschool.

Job Description

You will teach wood and metal crafts at both schools. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching based on applicable governing documents and legislation. You will work closely with other educators, student health, school leadership, and other staff at the school. You actively participate in the school's development work, conferences, and other meetings. Together with your colleagues, you work to ensure that all students thrive and develop based on their conditions. You work with adaptations for students so that all students are given the opportunity for high goal achievement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with the authority to teach crafts. If you have qualifications in additional subjects, it is an advantage.

You prioritize students, learning goals, and curiosity. You need to be a skilled relationship builder and have the ability to create team spirit and a genuine interest among both students and colleagues.
