• Develop, test, analyze and manage systems/applications for Swedbank's Contact Center platform.

• Work together with other developers and agile teams to make sure we deliver the best solution for our customer center.

• Design and develop integrations using Genesys Cloud Integration Hub.

• Configure Data Actions and custom integrations.

• Build secure connections between Genesys Cloud and external systems (CRM, ERP, billing, identity platforms).

• Develop reusable integration components.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of integrations.

• Strong skills on Java/J2EE, JPA/Hibernate, SQLServer, Kafka Integrations, Spring Boot, Genesys Cloud CX, Angular, MSSQL.

• Environment: Hybrid Cloud (Java/J2EE, OpenShift/Kubernetes).

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant education (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar).

• At least 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, ideally within software development, integrations/cloud-based platforms.
