Workplace Description

S:t Eriks Gymnasium is a large secondary school located in Kungsholmen in central Stockholm.

Here, there is an exciting mix of both higher education preparatory programs and vocational programs where creativity and knowledge are at the center.

The school has a diversity of education, activities, nationalities, and languages, making it a fun and stimulating workplace for both students and staff.

We educate for professions in automation, electrical engineering, fine carpentry, floristry, hairdressing, design, and sewing.

We prepare for higher education through the aesthetic program's visual arts and design, animation, film and directing, instruments or singing, music production, musical theater, and drama, natural science program, and social science program's media, information and communication, as well as social science. We also offer adult education and the National Gymnasium for the disabled (RGRH). The school's premises also accommodate Polhem's adapted secondary school.

Job Description

S:t Eriks Gymnasium is looking for a licensed upper secondary school teacher in Natural Science. You will be a mentor in the social science program. You will have close contact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• You are a skilled educator and enjoy seeing others grow.
• You work closely with students and quickly and easily create connections.
• You communicate clearly and ensure that your message gets through; you plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks effectively.
• You have a pedagogical approach to teaching.
• You are experienced in working digitally.
• You are an experienced mentor.

Other

The position is a temporary position of approximately 75% for the academic year 2026/2027. Seasonal employment.

The position may be subject to surplus within the City of Stockholm.
