Nora Herrgård Preschool is located in a residential area in western Danderyd. The preschool has a large and lovely yard that invites exploratory play. RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a preschool teacher, you will work with your colleagues to drive teaching based on current governing documents, where you plan, evaluate, and develop the educational activities. Together, you will create a positive, educational, and safe environment for our children, where you will work for children's participation and see the competent child. Joy, safety, and organizational development are important to us.

We use tools like Tyra for documentation. The focus is on theory and practice, research, and pedagogical documentation that is connected with our experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed preschool teacher.
• Has excellent knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

You feel secure in your role as a preschool teacher. You are a creative person who thinks outside the box, finds new solutions and ideas. You reflect with the children and are a co-researching educator. You are also relationship-building and easily create new relationships with both children and adults, often taking the initiative in social contexts. You have excellent collaboration skills as you enjoy working with others, adapt when necessary, and always keep the common goal in sight.

In your work, you focus on the children and work according to a clear process. You organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines.
