About the Job

Do you want to work in a school where every student is seen and where you have the opportunity to combine special education work with classroom teaching? The school LÄR is now looking for an engaged and qualified special teacher for a combined position.

In the role of special teacher, you will be responsible for the special educational teaching of students from preschool to grade 4. You will work with collegial guidance, mapping, and investigation of students' needs for special support, conduct specific assessments, and various types of screenings. You will be part of the school's student health team and actively contribute to the promoting and preventive student health work.

As a primary teacher, you will teach in our two classes in grade 4.

You will work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in accordance with the school's governing documents, with care for each student's learning and development.

About You

You are a qualified special teacher with a background as a primary teacher. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a genuine commitment to students' development and well-being. You have the ability to adapt teaching to students' needs and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where both students and adults thrive and have the opportunity to grow.

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our school and sees the strength in smaller student groups and close collegial collaboration. You thrive in an environment where everyone contributes and takes joint responsibility for students' learning, your own professional development, and the school's overall success.

You are structured, have good collaboration skills, and are confident in your professional role. You take initiative, are happy to share your ideas, and are open to trying new methods. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
