Do you love gymnastics/acrobatics and want a varied job where you can both train children and work administratively? With us, you will lead gymnastics training for children and teenagers and be an important part of our office team – a perfect mix for those who want variety in their daily life.

The position is 40–80% depending on you, where approximately 10–15 hours a week are teaching.

About the role

You will have a varied daily routine where you lead gymnastics training and work with administrative tasks. You will often be the first point of contact for our members and help create a smooth and professional experience.

Your main tasks:

• Conduct acrobatics training for children and teenagers
• Answer questions from members via email and phone
• Send out information and keep members updated
• Manage bookings in our system
• Assist with invoices and follow-ups
• Prepare materials for course starts

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good computer skills, preferably in Word, Excel, and Google Drive
• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing
• Background in gymnastics/acrobatics

Meritorious:

• Experience from a service-oriented profession
• Studies in administration, economics, or marketing
• Experience as a coach/leader

Stockholm Sport Academy is Stockholm's largest sports school.

We offer training in tennis, parkour, multi-sport, athletics, acrobatics, and football for children, teenagers, and adults.

In addition to term training, we also organize camps and sports activities during holidays and breaks.
