About the Organization:

Vallentuna Gymnasium is centrally located right next to Vallentuna station. The school has over 500 students distributed across seven national programs as well as introductory programs. The school has about 50 dedicated employees - all with the goal of helping students succeed, grow, and develop. Vallentuna Gymnasium is now looking for a committed teacher for the economics program.

Job Responsibilities:

In the role of teacher, you will provide instruction in Swedish and English for both vocational and college preparatory programs. You will collaborate in teams around shared students and have mentorship for a group of students in the college preparatory program. You will monitor the environment to create good networks with partners that benefit students' motivation and development.

Qualifications:

• Teaching certification
• Experience in teaching
• Interdisciplinary working methods
• Digital competence
• Knowledge of relevant governing documents in the educational field
• Good ability to build relationships with students
• Knowledge of language development methods with a focus on reading
