We are now looking for a meticulous and structured Payroll Administrator in Gothenburg for one of our clients. This is a qualified role for those who have experience in payroll management and wish to work in a responsible and independent function.

As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for all or part of the payroll process and ensure that salaries are managed correctly and on time. You will work closely with HR and finance and provide support to managers and employees on payroll issues.

• Independent handling of the payroll process from start to finish
• Registration and control of time reports, absences, and deviations
• Management of taxes, pensions, and other compensations
• Reporting to authorities and insurance companies
• Preparation of payroll statistics and documentation for the finance department
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on payroll-related issues
• Ensuring that the work complies with applicable laws, agreements, and internal guidelines

• Several years of experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and tax regulations
• Experience working with payroll systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good system skills and experience working in Excel

Meritorious

• Post-secondary education in payroll or finance
• Experience with multiple collective agreements
• Experience with HR-related tasks
