About the Job

We are constantly evolving and are therefore expanding our department with a specialist role in analysis and planning.

The role is new, and you will be involved in shaping and developing it, but above all, you will help develop the tram traffic in Gothenburg.

As a planning specialist, your responsibilities include personnel, service, and schedule planning, as well as the construction of services and schedules, including related processes. You will work on monitoring and analyzing the organization's key performance indicators and contribute to development.

Additionally, you are expected to participate in other tasks within the department.

About You

Relevant higher education at the bachelor's/master's level in logistics or IT or equivalent
Very good IT skills
Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Very good analytical skills

Meritorious:

Work experience in traffic or service planning
Knowledge of the planning tool Hastus or equivalent planning systems
Knowledge of programming

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, structured, and seeking new challenges! You work very independently but also have good collaboration and adaptability skills as you are part of a team of three people with different tasks. Your analytical and planning skills are strong, as is your ability to identify improvements and develop. You are used to working on projects and arguing based on facts, statistics, and figures. Understanding the logic in program code and grasping how data moves between systems helps you delve deeper into the work.

Our proposed salary range for the position is 40,000-50,000. The final salary depends on the number of years of experience and how well the other requirements for the position are met.
