At Nexer Infrastructure, we are looking for more skilled IT support technicians to join our team and we are seeking you who want to broaden your knowledge in IT support and infrastructure. We have exciting assignments with our clients in the Gothenburg area and are looking for someone with experience in IT support.

As a consultant with us, you will work on-site with one of our clients and be part of their team, working together to create a well-functioning and efficient IT organization. You will work with support in 1st line, 2nd line, or on-site and you need to have experience in one of these areas. You will familiarize yourself with the client's IT environment and work with troubleshooting and assisting users with problems that arise in their daily work. You will encounter tools such as Active Directory, ticketing systems, remote control tools, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting. If you work on-site, there will also be some hardware troubleshooting, such as conference equipment. Regardless of the assignment, it is important that you enjoy providing a high level of service and are helpful and pedagogical in your approach.

We would like you to

• Have at least 6 months of work experience in IT support

• Have worked with Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

• Have a strong technical interest and experience in handling and troubleshooting both software and hardware

• Be motivated by problem-solving and helping users with technical issues

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have also worked with Windows Server, SCCM, Intune, Powershell, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, SQL.

To thrive in the role of a consultant with us, we believe you have good analytical skills, take initiative, and are persistent when it comes to troubleshooting and problem-solving. We also believe that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both individually and in a group, as you may work in different contexts as a consultant.
