💼 Job responsibilities

In the role of customer support for spare parts, you are the obvious contact for customers when machines need service, troubleshooting, or new parts. You guide customers correctly, provide technical advice, and ensure that orders are handled quickly and smoothly. In this role, you follow the entire chain from need to delivery and work closely with both technology, service, and administration. You interpret drawings and technical documents, support urgent and planned service needs, and maintain daily contact with customers via phone and email. Additionally, you collaborate closely with suppliers and colleagues in warehousing and logistics, providing you with a varied workday where technology, service, and structure meet.

  • Provide support regarding service, troubleshooting, and spare parts

  • Interpret drawings and technical documents

  • Manage orders, deliveries, and warehouse-related tasks

  • Advise customers on both urgent and planned service needs

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in advisory work within customer support, spare parts, or similar

  • Very good computer and business system skills, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Technically interested, preferably with an understanding of mechanics/hydraulics

  • Driving license B

  • Forklift license is an advantage
