JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities include supporting and assisting our users with care and service measures according to the Social Services Act. For users who have been granted health and medical care measures, you are expected to perform delegated tasks from a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist.

You will have the opportunity to meet people with different needs and conditions in their own homes every day. You work based on the user's approved measures. Furthermore, you are expected to be attentive and observant of any changing needs for the user and to contact the relevant professional, relative, or guardian as needed based on the situation. Collaboration with your closest colleagues, coordinators, managers, case workers, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and others is crucial for the users to receive the best care.

We aim to provide the best care and services for our users. We assume that you have a genuine interest in the work and the users, and that you are professional in your role. It is essential for the employer that you understand and follow the routines at the workplace. A significant responsibility is placed on you to keep updated through our communication channels during each shift. You are expected to delegate tasks based on the needs of the users in the team.

Documentation is also an important part of your daily work and a legal safeguard for both you and the users. We use the documentation system Lifecare and expect you to be familiar with documenting and writing and updating implementation plans. If there are errors or deficiencies in the work, you should be accustomed to writing deviation reports.

We are looking for someone who sees that the whole is as important as the parts. To ensure that you feel secure, your work will begin with an introduction and shadowing that provides you with the right conditions to do a good job.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant
• has or has had delegation in previous work
• is accustomed to cycling
• has experience working in similar roles

It is an advantage if you have a driver's license.

OTHER

We are looking for three permanent full-time employees and one full-time temporary position. The temporary position extends until the turn of the year. The employment may start with a probationary period.

The working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and you work every other weekend.

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period. At the interview, it is important that you have prepared two references and bring an extract from the criminal record, which is no older than 6 months.
