Nova Health Group was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental health issues. We strive to provide a modern and patient-centered healthcare experience. We aim to offer Europe's best assessments and treatments for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric issues. We currently operate under the brands Nova Psychiatry and Karla Psychiatry, with more companies in the pipeline within the group.
Today's psychiatry is characterized by traditional methods and a often slow working pace, where technological advancements and the patient's needs are rarely in focus. Many patients find it difficult to navigate a complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and providing psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is based on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, where we use modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.
Our dedicated team is the core of our operations and mainly consists of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova was founded in 2024 and currently has over 50 employees – and we are growing rapidly. We are now looking for more driven individuals who want to help shape the future of psychiatry with us. We place a strong emphasis on hiring Sweden's most talented employees, but also on ensuring that people enjoy working here more than anywhere else.
Nova's vision is to demonstrate how psychiatry can function, for both patients and employees. We believe it can be done much better. We are driven to constantly improve patient satisfaction, maintain high quality, and at the same time increase efficiency through reduced administration. We believe we achieve all this by having fun together, daring to make mistakes, and striving to be the best at what we do.
About the RoleWe are now looking for PTP psychologists for our office in Malmö who want to join us on an exciting growth journey alongside other psychologists. We hope to offer you Sweden's best and most enjoyable PTP position.
Primary responsibilities:
Individual-focused work (at least 50%)
Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments of both adults and children, primarily focusing on ADHD and/or Autism.
Follow-up treatment and counseling for the same patient group.
Other psychological work (at least 25%)
Contribute to method and business development, where there are many ways to improve processes and operations.
Conduct internal and external initiatives by providing training.
Conduct group interventions.

Some travel is included in the position. Parts of the patient work can be done digitally, but primarily conducted physically with the patient.
Who We Are Looking ForYou are social and genuinely enjoy people. You quickly create a sense of security in the room, are clear in your communication, and make patients feel seen and understood. We want Sweden's most satisfied patients, which requires psychologists who are not only clinically skilled but also personal, warm, and professionally relaxed.
You have an inner drive and want to perform with both quality and pace. Structure and efficiency are natural parts of your working style, and you appreciate an environment where freedom is linked to responsibility. When you work focused and smart, it shows in what you deliver and how your everyday life looks.
You are technically savvy. You handle digital systems effortlessly and see technology as a natural part of a modern working method.
Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments is a plus, but it is your attitude, ambition, and ability to create satisfied patients that ultimately matters.
You will be part of a fantastic journey where we hopefully can build Europe's largest and best company in mental health, where we truly help our clients.
