We are now looking for a colleague to join our physiotherapist team to drive and develop physiotherapy further in Åhus.

At Åhus Health Centre, several professional categories work towards the common goal of providing good, high-quality care to our patients. To achieve this, we help each other and utilize each other's diverse competencies. Together, we create routines and take responsibility for constantly improving our working methods to provide the best care for our patients.

We offer our more than 7,500 registered patients everything from prevention to healthcare throughout life. Among other things, we have specialist clinics in the areas of diabetes, wounds, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. There are approximately 30 employees here. You can easily commute to Åhus by car or by bus from Kristianstad.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist with us, the work is varied and stimulating; we treat patients of different ages with varying complaints from the musculoskeletal system. Physiotherapy is the first point of contact regarding injuries and pain in the musculoskeletal system. Your task is to meet our patients' needs through examination, treatment, and prevention. We work evidence-based according to the physiotherapy process. In your role, you assess both chronic and acute conditions, follow up on patient rehabilitation, lead group activities, and conduct telephone assessments. If you have experience or a desire to work as a rehabilitation coordinator, this can be included as part of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We would like you to have previous experience working in primary care and experience leading groups of various kinds. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have experience with the medical record system PMO.

You are a natural team player, while also having a good ability to work independently and take initiative. Through your engagement and positive attitude, you contribute to a good working climate together with your colleagues.
