Within the rehabilitation unit of the Care Administration, 25 physiotherapists and occupational therapists, as well as six rehabilitation assistants, work together. The unit is led by two unit managers, and the employees are based at three locations in central Hässleholm as well as in Tyringe. Our total mandate covers twelve different areas within Hässleholm Municipality. The assignments are divided between ordinary housing and special housing, as well as LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As we have employees moving on to new challenges, we are now looking for physiotherapists to join our unit.

As a physiotherapist, you work with assessing functional capacity, treatment, and training. The role also involves prescribing assistive devices and providing supervision from a physiotherapeutic perspective. In your daily work, you will have dialogue with various professions within the municipality, as well as with external partners such as Region Skåne regarding care planning via 'My Plans' (Mina planer). The group meets jointly for Annual Performance Reviews (APT), and in addition, we have professional meetings where we gather within each profession to develop ourselves and the operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and have strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. As a person, you view life positively and enjoy contributing and working together across professional boundaries. You are solution-focused and have great respect for the individual person, thriving on helping others. You enjoy working in a team while feeling a strong sense of responsibility for your own contribution and for our patients. Experience in similar work is meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills, are required. You must have a B-driver's license as travel within the municipality occurs.

About Us

Within the Care Administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or need home healthcare. We also offer health-promoting initiatives and support to people who care for and support a relative. Our goal is that those who need care and assistance in their daily lives should be able to live an independent life as far as possible.

The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for initiatives within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The initiatives are carried out by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care staff in other operational areas based on profession.
