The Central Hospital in Kristianstad (CSK) is the emergency and trauma hospital for eastern Skåne. Here, both advanced outpatient and inpatient care is provided in most medical disciplines at the county hospital level. Despite this, CSK has the advantages of a small hospital with proximity and good contacts between both colleagues and areas of operation.

The Speech Therapy Clinic in Kristianstad belongs to the ear, nose, and throat (ENT) area of operation, and at our clinic, twelve speech therapists work with general speech therapy, one medical secretary, and one administrator. We have a close collaboration with the hospital's ENT clinic, the medicine area of operation, the children and youth area of operation, and the diagnostics and clinical physiology area of operation. Our speech therapy clinic has assignments in both outpatient and inpatient care.

Our twelve speech therapists consist of both experienced therapists and those at the beginning of their careers. RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a speech therapist include both assessment and diagnosis as well as treatment. The positions are focused on the diagnostic areas of childhood language disorders and assessments of language disorders and/or reading and writing difficulties in school children, that is, work within the partial care choice in speech therapy.

We believe it is important to invest in professional development. We work both on regularly further educating each other internally and on further educating ourselves externally by participating in relevant courses and conferences for speech therapists. New employees are welcomed with an introduction to help them settle into the work before independent work begins in earnest.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed speech therapist with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are a requirement. We would also like you to have experience working in a speech therapy clinic within healthcare. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience with documentation in Melior and knowledge of Pasis.

We are looking for someone who is used to taking responsibility and prioritizing in their work. Furthermore, you are engaged, attentive, and confident in your professional role. You should have a positive attitude and good communication skills. Additionally, you should enjoy working both independently and in a team, as well as have a desire to drive the operations forward in a positive spirit.
