Are you a nurse curious about emergency care? Do you want to be part of a competent and interdisciplinary team that creates the best conditions for person-centered care? Then this is the perfect position for you!

The orthopedic department is an emergency care unit that admits patients around the clock. Here we provide pre- and post-operative care for patients with orthopedic diagnoses. A certain number of elective patients undergoing hip, knee, shoulder, and foot surgeries are also cared for in the department. No two days are alike on our orthopedic ward. We have a good atmosphere, and interest flows for new ideas and continuous improvements. We highly value patient safety, and our employees are deeply involved in this work.

We value working interdisciplinary to utilize knowledge in the best way. Your and your colleagues' knowledge is communicated through our team rounds where we review the patients and diagnoses we have in the department. We encourage all ways that utilize your skills and ideas. We strive to be an attractive workplace where our values guide us. Here we have a strong forward momentum and joy in developing care with a focus on patient involvement and safety.

We work with person-centered care, a project we have together with Professor Anna Forsberg.
