Make a Difference. Every Day.

Do you want to work in a different way and develop your skills at the same time? Do you also want the opportunity to influence the balance between work, leisure, and recovery? Then this could be the position for you!

The Staffing Area, Resource Team, functions as an internal staffing organization, where the difference from an external staffing agency is that you are employed by Skåne University Hospital (Sus), have the same job security and benefits as other employees at the hospital, and that you belong to a workgroup. We operate in Malmö, Lund, and Ystad. The Staffing Area consists of teams of nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and interim managers. Together we are a workgroup characterized by high competence, service awareness, flexibility, job satisfaction, and professional pride. The team plays a central and valuable role for the hospitals. Our vision is to be the best possible option for staffing needs.

If you want to know more about our operations, you are welcome to contact the responsible unit manager, Malin Milesson. There is also the opportunity to shadow or talk with our employees. For an insight into our operations, follow us on Instagram! #resursteametsus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of nurse in the resource team, you primarily work in adult care departments, but you also have the opportunity to work in other areas such as the emergency department, children's wards, and other outpatient services. For this position, you will belong to the Resource Team in Lund. You will mainly be booked out to the operations in the location you belong to, but you have the opportunity for variation between the other locations.

We offer you:

  • A solid and well-developed introduction program based on your conditions.
  • Internal further education.
  • Wellness allowance.
  • Opportunity to work part-time until your child turns 12 years old.
  • Occupational health services and work injury insurance.
  • Paid vacation leave already during your first year of employment.
  • You have the option to choose between working full-time or part-time.
  • Individually tailored introduction and training based on your previous work experience and competence.

The employment entails annual working hours with shifts during the day, evening, night, and weekends. The advantage of annual working hours is that you can arrange your schedule in a more varied way. One week does not have to be like the other, and you can continuously influence your schedule. It is also easier to take leave outside the major holiday periods of summer, Christmas, and New Year. Employees work flexibly in their schedules as our operations are dynamic and the requests from the departments vary. You are compensated for the flexibility with a supplement to your base salary.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who enjoy challenges and are confident in your professional role. You are adaptable, can quickly adjust to the needs of the operations and different care environments as the role requires a flexible working approach. You share our values of being welcoming, driven, caring, and respectful, and work towards good collaboration and teamwork both within and outside the organization. The job demands commitment, a good sense of service, and personal responsibility. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

You who apply are a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Knowledge of Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement. Furthermore, you have at least three years of experience in the profession. Experience from different specialties, especially within somatic inpatient care, is an advantage.

Extracts from suspicion and criminal records will be made before any employment.

In this recruitment, we apply ongoing selection. Welcome with your application today. We look forward to meeting you!
