The municipality of Lund operates 15 special accommodations for the elderly throughout the municipality.

Here, individuals with needs for service, support, and care live around the clock.

We are now looking for you who want to be a part of Linehuset – one of our accommodations where person-centered care, safety, and continuity are at the center. Linehuset is located in Linero and consists of 12 units with eight apartments per unit. Here, we work closely together and value good collaboration in the team.

About the role and your responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you have a care responsibility for a number of patients living in the accommodation. You:

• conduct assessments of health status
• make decisions about and plan healthcare interventions
• perform and follow up on prescriptions
• ensure that interventions and actions maintain high quality

You work in a cross-professional team together with occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Together, you guide, teach, and delegate care staff in a pedagogical and solution-focused manner. You also have close cooperation with relatives and accommodation managers.

We work during the day with shifts every 8th weekend. During weekend shifts, we work in weekend collaboration, which means you may also receive assignments within home healthcare, short-term care, and LSS. In weekend collaboration, we start from the HSL office at Stora Södergatan 49.

We are looking for you

who is a licensed nurse. If you are specialized in elderly care, that is an advantage, as well as if you have experience working in elderly care and dementia care. You have a solution-focused approach with a good ability to work in a team as well as independently. Good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish are required. A driver's license for a passenger car is required.
