We offer a complete range of primary care services and work cross-professionally where nurses, district nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, and psychologists collaborate with the patient at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming a district nurse who is confident in their professional role and has a strong interest in primary care.

We are a well-functioning team where you, as a district nurse, have a central role at the clinic. Here, you will be offered a varied job where you meet patients both digitally and in person. You will have your own clinic but will also work with, for example, telephone advice, triage, 1177-direct, and 1177-e-services.

We always strive to meet patients according to their needs and, with our combined competence, help them in the best way possible.

As a new employee, we offer a good introduction based on your previous experiences. Since we are a large health center, there are excellent opportunities for you to develop in your professional role.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome both newly graduated and experienced licensed district nurses with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you have language skills in Swedish that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale. If you have previous experience working in primary care and documentation in the PMO journal system, it is an advantage.

The person we are looking for is confident and flexible in their professional role and enjoys working both independently and together with colleagues from different professional categories.
