About the organization

Kry healthcare center Höör opened in February 2023 in modern and new premises, with an associated midwifery clinic. The healthcare center serves approximately 5,300 registered patients and is run by 23 dedicated employees. The center is characterized by a modern working method, innovation, new thinking, and patient-centered care. With a shared vision of putting the patient at the center through high availability and a good reception to provide patients with the primary care of the future.

About the role

As a DSK or experienced nurse with us, you will have an independent and varied job with your own patients, our open reception, phone for our elderly, and telephone counseling. You will work closely with your immediate colleagues in the nursing group, as well as with our doctors and other professionals. You will primarily work on-site at the healthcare center, but there is an opportunity for remote work.

Qualifications & qualities

• You have a Swedish nursing license.

• Your language skills in Swedish correspond to a documented C1 level as it is important that you can communicate fluently with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

• You place great importance on the holistic perspective in each individual patient meeting.

• You have a good reception and prioritize putting the patient first.

• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.

• You are meticulous in your work and take great responsibility for your tasks.

• You are confident in handling patients independently

• Training as an asthma/COPD nurse is an advantage

• Experience in Swedish primary care is an advantage
