The Central Hospital in Kristianstad (CSK) is the emergency hospital for northeastern Skåne. Here, emergency care is provided around the clock by qualified and dedicated staff. CSK has the resources of a large hospital combined with the closeness and community of a smaller hospital. The hospital offers residents in the catchment area care with short waiting times across all specialties. We have approximately 2,600 employees.

The medical department includes both planned and emergency services and encompasses the sections of hematology, cardiology, stroke/neurology, pulmonary medicine, gastroenterology, nephrology, diabetes-endocrinology, and rheumatology. The operations include outpatient clinics, day care, and inpatient care.

At the dietitian clinic, five dietitians and one administrator work together, which allows and promotes close collaboration among colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a dietitian to our dietitian clinic in Kristianstad.

As a dietitian with us, you will work with dietary treatment and counseling both individually and in groups. Your tasks also include educating other healthcare staff through so-called nutrition development at the hospital. In your role, you will work independently and have the opportunity to influence your planning, while also being part of multidisciplinary teams where everyone has their own area of responsibility. The work is based at the clinic but also takes place in departments. With us, you will have the opportunity, in consultation with your dietitian colleagues, to influence your areas of responsibility based on your interests and any previous experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed dietitian with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working as a dietitian, but you are equally welcome to apply if you are newly graduated.

We welcome you who have a strong interest in nutrition and who want to work with dietary treatment, counseling, and the development of nutritional issues within inpatient care. Since the work involves daily collaboration with patients, colleagues, and other professionals, it is a prerequisite that you enjoy and gain energy from working with people. To thrive in the role, it is also important that you enjoy conducting training sessions and are comfortable speaking in front of a group.
