JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician, you will have both scheduled appointments for chronically ill patients and be part of our acute team, where we receive patients with acute primary care issues daily. It is important for us that our employees participate in the development of the organization, so there are great opportunities to have your own area of responsibility or to work actively with medical quality.

We offer you a varied job where you will have the opportunity to work with a broad patient group of different ages. With us, you will also have good competence and development opportunities in the form of scheduled development time, internal and external training, and regular physician meetings. Every day, during morning coffee, there is scheduled time for discussion of patient cases, guidelines, and management of difficult patient cases, which is equally appreciated by both training physicians and our general specialists. We are aware that the workload can sometimes be high in primary care, and we actively work with scheduling and assigning patients to fixed physicians to achieve a reasonable working situation where doctors can leave on time.

The health center has undergone a very positive trend in recent years, allowing us to offer you a varied and developing job in a pleasant work environment where everything from specialist nurses/district nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, social workers, dietitians, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists are represented under the same roof.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general medicine. Language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. Previous experience working at a health center is a significant advantage for the position, as is experience with the PMO journal system.

We want you to be a communicative person who values good interaction with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You have good collaboration skills while enjoying working independently and feeling secure in your professional role. Working with people also places high demands on flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and being solution-focused. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
