About Nova Psychiatry

Nova Health Group was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental health issues. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered healthcare experience. We aim to provide the best assessments and treatments in Europe for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric issues. Currently, we work with our patients under the brands Nova Psychiatry and Karla Psychiatry, with more companies in the pipeline within the group.

Today's psychiatry is characterized by traditional methods and often a slow working pace, where technological advances and the patient's needs are rarely in focus. Many patients struggle to navigate a complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is based on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, where we use modern technology and innovative working methods to constantly improve and develop our operations.

Our dedicated team is the core of our business and consists mainly of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova was founded in 2024 and currently has over 50 employees – and we are growing rapidly. About the Role

We are now looking for licensed psychologists to strengthen our team in Malmö/Copenhagen. We also have an ad out for PTP-Psychologists.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments of both adults and children, primarily focusing on ADHD and/or Autism.

  • The work will primarily take place in or near the city where you are based, but may also occur in locations further away. You should therefore be comfortable with some travel in the role.

  • Parts of the assessments may be conducted digitally, but will primarily be carried out physically together with the patient.

  In addition to assessments, it may be relevant for some of the work to involve other tasks. These tasks will be developed in consultation with you, to ensure they are something you find enjoyable and rewarding.

Examples of what other tasks may include:

  • Supervision of PTP-Psychologists or Psychology Interns.

  • Contributing to improving the company's processes.

  • Participating in work in other areas of the business, such as marketing, recruitment, etc.

  • Conducting internal training sessions.

  • Developing treatment programs for patients after the assessment is completed.

  • You are technically proficient. You handle digital systems effortlessly and see technology as a natural part of a modern working method.

  • Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments is an advantage, but it is your attitude, ambition, and ability to create satisfied patients that ultimately matter.
