As an IT Support Technician, you will play a central role in ensuring that the organization's IT environment operates optimally – every day. You are the obvious point of contact for users and ensure that both hardware and software run smoothly.

Here, you will combine technical problem-solving with top-notch service. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, while also having the opportunity to contribute to the improvement and development of IT processes.

• Provide first-line support via phone, email, and on-site

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software

• Perform updates and ongoing maintenance of IT systems

• Document cases, solutions, and IT inventory

• Participate in the setup and rollout of new IT equipment

• Support and train users according to best practices

• Has at least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

• Has good troubleshooting skills for hardware and software

• Is comfortable in a Windows environment

• Has basic networking knowledge and experience in network troubleshooting

• Has a strong service mindset and can explain technology in a pedagogical way

• Holds Swedish citizenship (the position is security classified)

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Has a B driver's license (travel in the job may occur)
