Our client is a leader in robust IT and technology solutions for demanding environments. As an IT Support Technician, you will be an important part of the Workplace team, ensuring that the daily IT environment operates stably and efficiently for the organization's users.

You will work broadly with both hardware and software, serve as a central contact point for support issues, and contribute to developing and improving workflows and processes within IT support.

• Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software
• Perform ongoing maintenance and updates of IT equipment and systems
• Document support cases, solutions, and IT inventory
• Assist in the setup and rollout of new IT equipment
• Provide user support and training in IT based on best practices

• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge and experience with network troubleshooting
• Driver's license for a car
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
