As Senior Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for owning, managing, following up, and further developing Ragn-Sells Maintenance Model at the group level.

The model encompasses the following areas and their interdependencies:

• Information governance and information management
• Process management
• Management of IT systems and other digital solutions

Your mission is to ensure that frameworks, templates, structures, and working methods are clear, updated, and consistently applied in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, and Germany.

The role does not involve leading major change initiatives, but you need to understand how structure is implemented and kept alive in a complex organization. The role does not include operationally driving the management areas, but rather managing the governance model around all management areas.

You will report at the group level and work closely with architects, project managers, and business area managers.

You will, among other things:

• Have overall ownership of the Maintenance Model framework
• Ensure that templates for IT, information, and process architecture are clear and documented
• Define and quality assure change processes related to the models
• Follow up and document maturity levels within each area
• Ensure harmonized application across all countries
• Act as support and sounding board for management owners and architects
• Act as an escalation point for unclear responsibility distributions
• Manage and structure SharePoint pages and training materials related to the model
• Train and support resources that have key roles within the management areas so that roles and responsibilities are clear

You are the one who creates continuity and ensures that the structure holds over time.

The role requires high physical presence in Sollentuna as the work is based on close dialogue and collaboration.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 10 years of experience in structural development work, management work, or governance within both IT and business
• Has a good understanding of IT, information, and process architecture
• Is highly structured, methodical, and meticulous
• Has experience working with maturity models and follow-up
• Has experience in change management, even if you have primarily had specialist or structural responsibilities
• Is comfortable communicating with different functions and levels in the organization
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
