We´re Hiring: We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our client´s team and lead end-to-end testing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for our payments initiatives.

About the Role

As a Test Manager, you will:

• Coordinate end-to-end, integration, external, and non-functional testing activities.
• Oversee risk, issue, and defect management.
• Support feature teams with test planning, test data preparation, and overall test strategy.
• Promote and implement test automation and best practices.

• Collaborate with other Test Managers and teams to drive testing excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and status reports using Xray.
• Assist development and feature teams in establishing effective ways of working across all testing phases.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and identify opportunities for improvements and new testing solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end testing support for the Poland Elixir Payments Transformation Programme and Payments Roadmap.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Mandatory experience in banking sector testing with strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements.
• Payment domain knowledge is a plus.
• Proven project management and large-scale test coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative mindset, but also capable of working independently and taking ownership.
