About the role
As a Data Coordinator with our client, you step into a central role where you ensure that the bank's handling of personal data is done correctly and efficiently. You will be an important part of the Group Privacy Office and work on the front line to administer and decide on customers' rights to access their data.
In your daily work, you will alternate between careful data analysis and practical handling of dispatches and masking of sensitive information. In addition to the operational work, you are expected to contribute to developing the organization's routines and templates to optimize processes related to GDPR compliance. This is a consulting assignment for those who thrive in a professional environment where structure and high integrity are prerequisites for success.

Responsibilities
This assignment focuses on managing and ensuring customers' rights to access their personal data according to GDPR, which includes investigation, assessment, and handling of information.
- Investigate and collect customers' personal data from the bank's systems and services.
- Assess which data should not be disclosed based on GDPR rules and exceptions.
- Mask information that should not be disclosed to the customer.
- Draft response letters to customers.
- Develop and refine work processes by establishing routine descriptions and templates.
We are looking for someone who
- Has relevant education in areas such as law or information management.
- Has experience working with systems/IT.
- Has experience participating in similar assignments or as a consultant in the field.
- Has good business and operational understanding.
- Has a strong interest in privacy and data protection issues (GDPR).
