About the role:

IT Support Technician (Level 1) – Consulting assignment via Future People

Future People is now looking for an IT Support Technician Level 1 for a long-term consulting assignment with a socially important organization in Stockholm. The role is suitable for those at the beginning of their IT career who want to develop in IT support in a professional and technically advanced environment.

You will work in a central IT support function where you handle orders, incidents, and user inquiries via a ticketing system, phone, and helpdesk.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Manage incoming cases in the ticketing system

  • Ensure correct classification and prioritization of cases

  • Resolve incidents according to established SLA/OLA

  • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software

  • Act as a dispatcher and reassign cases to the correct support group

  • Handle distribution and installation of software

  • Administer user accounts and permissions

  • Document solutions and procedures in the knowledge database

  • Support during internal and external live broadcasts

Requirements (must-have)

To be considered for the assignment, you need to meet the following:

  • Education in IT, such as high school education or vocational training

  • At least 1 year of experience as an IT support technician

  • Experience with permission management in Active Directory

  • Experience with installation and troubleshooting of client hardware

  • Experience with Windows 11 and basic networking in a support role

  • Experience with ticket management in ServiceNow or similar systems

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow

  • Experience with streaming or live broadcasts (video or audio over the internet)

About the assignment
  • Start: May 2026

  • Scope: Full-time

  • Location: Stockholm (work is on-site)

  • Duration of the assignment: Long-term assignment with the possibility of extension
