As part of our client's Service Desk team, you will handle cases with responsibility for both client management and technical support. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in a role where you contribute to improving and developing the business every day.

• Handling technical issues related to computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting software and hardware, as well as providing support for Mac and Windows.
• On-boarding and off-boarding of employees, including installation and configuration of work equipment.
• Basic system administration in Active Directory, managing group policies, and documenting cases.
• Participate in projects to contribute to system improvements and upgrades.
• Maintain knowledge articles and documentation to ensure a user-friendly support experience.

• Experience with Google Workspace and ticketing systems.
• Experience with Intune and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Experience with technical documentation and incident management.
• Positive attitude and a passionate interest in new technology.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
