Tagd is a rapidly growing software company developing our own product platform for contract management. We are looking for an experienced technical leader (Team Lead / CTO) who wants to work operationally and hands-on with development while simultaneously leading and shaping the technical direction of our platform.

This role is highly operational and technical, rather than a purely administrative management position. You will build solutions, set the technical direction, be responsible for architecture and quality, and lead and coach the development team. You will work closely with the product team and have significant influence over technology choices and system architecture.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Develop and improve Tagd's software platform, including the design and implementation of backend functionality
• Be responsible for system architecture, system design, and scalable technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure technical quality through testing and best practices
• Lead and coach the development team towards set technical goals
• Break down overarching technical strategies into concrete development tasks for the team
• Be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and monitoring development work
• Coordinate between technology, product, and business to ensure deliveries meet goals, timelines, and budget
• Identify and implement technical improvements and optimizations

Who are you?

• Several years of experience in system development, with a focus on backend
• Experience with system architecture and leading technical work and development teams
• Comfortable with modern tech stacks and working in an agile development environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as leading a team

Merits:

• Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent (two years or longer)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), SQL databases, microservices architecture, and CI/CD

• Salary type: Fixed monthly salary (salary according to agreement)

• Office located at Flemminggatan 18 in central Stockholm
