Ström2 is a consultancy firm that delivers qualified IT and communication solutions to companies and authorities with high demands for security, availability, and operational reliability. Our customers are primarily located in the banking and finance sector and in critical societal functions.

We are a small company with approximately 15 employees, where decision-making paths are short and everyone has the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility.

We are now looking for a Support Technician in IT & AV for a temporary position of approximately six months, as one of our employees will be studying. If the studies continue, there are good opportunities for the temporary position to turn into a permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

You will work with both AV support and traditional IT support on-site at one of our clients.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Support and troubleshooting of meeting rooms and conference equipment.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV equipment, computers, and associated peripheral devices.
• Troubleshooting and replacement of faulty hardware such as computers, docking stations, monitors, cameras, speakers, microphones, and other AV equipment.
• Management of Teams rooms, video meetings, phone meetings, projectors, and large display screens.
• Helping users connect their computers and conduct digital meetings.
• Support within Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Windows 11.
• General user support and simpler client administration.
• Documentation and continuous improvement of routines.
• Troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of PC hardware and other technical equipment.

No day is the same, and you will work with varied tasks together with experienced colleagues.

We are looking for you who

You have a strong interest in technology and enjoy helping people. Perhaps you already work in IT support or AV technology, or have recently completed an education in the field.

We believe that you:

• Have good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Have an interest in AV technology and digital meeting solutions.
• Are curious and like to learn new technology.
• Are structured, meticulous, and have a logical approach to work.
• Have a high sense of service and a positive attitude.
• Can explain technical problems in a simple and pedagogical way.
• Enjoy working both independently and together with others.

Advantageous is experience with:

• Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Conference systems and video conferencing solutions.
• Networking and client management.
• Intune or other Microsoft 365 services.

• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
