We are looking for a Senior Laravel Developer for a long-term remote freelance assignment with a company in an exciting launch phase. The assignment starts in August 2026 with an initial scope of approximately 20 hours per month, with a clear ambition to increase the hours over time.

The company specializes in property inspections and has an established application that supports inspectors in their work. The platform is built in Laravel and is now entering live operation with the first users onboarded. The focus moving forward is on rapid feature releases, bug fixes, and technical stability.

You will be the second developer in a small team, working closely with the existing developer. Work is planned in rolling three-month cycles with clear features, estimates, and deadlines.

• Bug fixes and feature releases in connection with the launch
• Further development of backend functionality in Laravel
• Contribute to technical stability in queues, jobs, and deployment
• Support in the React/Inertia layer as needed

• Is highly experienced in Laravel and the modern PHP stack (Laravel 12, PHP 8.2)
• Has experience with MySQL, Redis, queues, and cloud management (AWS S3, Forge/VPS)
• Has experience with API integrations (REST) and debugging external dependencies
• Works with AI assistance, preferably using Claude Code or Codex
• Is familiar with GitHub, PR reviews, and staging environments
• Has a basic understanding of React via Inertia
• Is self-sufficient and accustomed to taking ownership of an existing codebase
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
