We are now looking for an IT support technician for an authority in Stockholm. The job primarily involves handling orders, resolving incidents, and answering questions, both via the ticketing system, phone, and helpdesk. The role includes installation and troubleshooting of both hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming cases in our ticketing system

• Ensure information and classification, priority, etc.

• Resolve incidents according to SLA/OLA

• Installation and troubleshooting of both hardware and software

• Act as a dispatcher and send cases to the appropriate processing group

• Dispatch ordered software

• Add/remove different types of permissions

• Administer user accounts

• Document solutions/procedures for known issues in the knowledge database

• Support during internal and external live broadcasts
