At Future People, we are looking for a security specialist in security protection and operational protection for an exciting consulting assignment with a public organization in Stockholm.

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a socially important organization where security work is a central part of the operations. You will be employed by Future People and work at our client's site alongside experienced colleagues within the security function. The assignment involves assisting the organization in its work with operational and security protection and contributing to the development of existing processes, routines, and competency support within the organization.

You will work closely with the security function and the organization at large, as well as collaborate with external parties and stakeholders. The work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding security protection.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Provide competency support and serve as a contact point between the organization and the central security function

• Clarify the responsibilities and routines of the new security organization for procurement (contracts), development plans, security protection agreements, project planning, security assessments, information security, physical protection, and management of security protection

• Participate in the work with risk and vulnerability analyses and continuity planning

• Develop governing documents, routines, and processes within the area of security protection

• Work with confidentiality and security classification of documentation

• Support the organization in requirement management within security-sensitive operations

• Participate in and support the implementation of security protection measures

• Coordinate activities within the security function

• Prepare presentation materials and minutes

• Plan and conduct training initiatives to enhance knowledge and awareness of security work

The work is characterized by collaboration, pedagogy, and good communication skills.

Please note that you must meet all must-have requirements to be considered.

The consultant must have at least four (4) years of documented work experience in security protection work, where the Security Protection Act (2018:585), Security Protection Ordinance (2018:658), and possibly LUFS have been applied in practical assignments, such as risk assessment, security protection routines, security classification, and/or follow-up.

At least four (4) years of documented work experience from operational protection work within critical infrastructure (for example: Police, Armed Forces, energy sector, transport sector).

The consultant must have at least two (2) years of professional experience in independently conducting or being responsible for the development of risk and vulnerability analyses (RSA) and continuity planning within operations with requirements for systematic security or continuity work.

The consultant must have at least two (2) years of documented experience in physical security and information security work, for example in areas such as security classification, requirement specification, risk assessment, or implementation of security measures.

At least two (2) years of documented experience in operational protection or security protection work within rail-bound traffic operations, such as railways, subways, or trams.

At least two (2) years of experience working with operational protection in critical infrastructure.

Relevant academic or vocational training in, for example, security, law, or IT.
