We are looking for two testers for a comprehensive program in the implementation phase within the energy sector. You will be part of an agile team and work closely with system developers, requirements experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clear, testable, and verifiable. The assignment includes planning, execution, and documentation of tests for system solutions prior to delivery, focusing on early identification of deviations and deficiencies, as well as contributing to continuous improvements of testing processes and working methods.

• Actively participate in testing work in agile teams and projects according to quality goals and working methods.
• Develop test strategies and work according to test plans.
• Conduct tests at multiple levels, primarily focusing on system testing and acceptance testing, as well as functional tests and integration tests.
• Review requirements from a testability perspective and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Design, document, and execute test cases including test data and checklists for different test levels, test environments, security, and release verification.
• Report, follow up, and verify deviations through triage, retest, and regression testing.
• Contribute to test automation and collaborate with development to integrate tests into CI/CD flows where applicable.
• Document test results and contribute to test reports and decision support prior to delivery.
• Support troubleshooting and management by verifying corrections, patches, and changes in the system.
• Contribute test and quality perspectives in design and implementation discussions.
• Clearly communicate test results, risks, and quality recommendations to teams and relevant stakeholders.

• Experience working with testing in agile teams and projects.
• Ability to develop test strategies and work with test planning.
• Experience in system testing and acceptance testing.
• Experience reviewing requirements and working with traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Experience designing, documenting, and executing test cases including test data.
• Experience in defect management, triage, retest, and regression testing.
• Experience in test automation and collaboration around CI/CD where applicable.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
