In the role of implementation consultant in Xledger, you will play a key role in building and developing Klara Consulting's system business around Xledger.
You will be involved in establishing both the organization and the platform for the entire value chain – from sales to implementation and management. The role combines strategic work with operational delivery and requires broad expertise in system consulting, project management, and business development.

You will work both operationally and strategically, collaborating closely with other project managers and team leaders to achieve the business area's goals. The role also involves actively supporting and coaching the team's other system consultants.

The role entails overall responsibility within Xledger. You will be responsible for the entire chain from planning and project management of implementations to solution design, system configuration, and integrations.
You will work both strategically and operationally in close dialogue with the customer. You will drive larger projects from start to deployment and ensure a smooth transition to management.
An important part of the assignment is also to contribute to professional development. This means training colleagues, further developing work methods, and actively sharing knowledge within the organization.
In addition, you will be responsible for customer relationships and management, including upselling and implementation of additional services. You will also participate in partner collaborations and joint deliveries.
You will, among other things:
Project manage larger implementations from start to deployment
Act as a solution owner in customer dialogue and project planning
Design and configure Xledger solutions based on the customer's needs
Participate in the sales process as a technical expert
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Contribute to deliveries within partner projects
Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years of experience with ERP systems.
Has experience in project management, implementation of systems like Xledger or other relevant ERP solutions.
Has a strong commitment to creating value for customers, is business-oriented and consultative.
You have a strong commitment to technology and business processes and want to further develop in an environment with high ambitions and a wide range of expertise.
Has experience and/or aptitude for coaching, training, and leading colleagues.
Has a university degree in economics.
Is fluent in Swedish and has very good knowledge of English.
It is a merit if you:
Have leadership experience.
Have experience from an accounting firm.
Have experience with customer responsibility or project management in a similar role at a firm.
