We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for a comprehensive consulting assignment in Stockholm. You will be part of an established design organization with about 40 digital designers in UX, UI, and UX Writing, where structure, quality, and collaboration are in focus ✨

About the role 🎯

You will work in several agile teams developing digital services and products within employee systems and newsletters. The role requires you to quickly understand complex flows, existing design patterns, and business needs, and independently drive the UX work forward.

You will identify needs, transform insights into user-centered solutions, and ensure a cohesive experience across channels and products. You will also act as an advisor on UX matters to both teams and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Independently drive the UX process from insight to delivery • Plan and conduct usability tests • Make and justify design decisions based on research and data • Understand complex flows and business requirements • Ensure a cohesive user experience across multiple products and channels • Act as an advisor on UX matters within teams and towards stakeholders • Work agile according to SAFe

We are looking for someone who has 🧠

• At least four years of experience as a UX Designer • Experience working independently in complex organizations • Ability to quickly build trust within teams and with stakeholders • Experience in UX work within employee systems or internal tools • Familiarity with driving the entire process from research to delivery • Experience with agile work

Preferred qualifications

• Competence in UI • Experience in UX Writing
