Job Description

The work is data-driven, usability tests are conducted continuously, and the ambition is high regarding quality, completeness, and details. Currently, there is a need for reinforcement in employee experience.

The assignment involves working in several agile teams that develop digital services and products within employee systems and newsletters. The role requires the ability to quickly understand complex flows, existing design patterns, and business needs.

The consultant is expected to:

• Independently drive UX work in assigned teams.
• Identify needs and translate insights into concrete solutions.
• Plan and conduct usability tests.
• Make and justify design decisions based on research and data.
• Ensure a cohesive experience across channels and products.
• Act as an advisor on UX issues towards teams and stakeholders.

The assignment is carried out within an established design organization consisting of about 40 digital designers (UX, UI, and UX Writing), with common working methods, feedback forums, and high-quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have at least four years of experience as a UX Designer.
• You are used to working independently in complex organizations.
• You can quickly build trust within teams and with stakeholders.
• You have experience in UX work within employee systems or internal tools.
• You are confident in driving processes from insight to delivery.
• You have experience with agile work.

Desirable Requirements

• It is a plus if you also have skills in UI or UX writing.

This assignment is suitable for you who want to work closely with the business, take significant responsibility, and contribute with both operational delivery and strategic UX thinking.
