This role is part of the service & support team where you will have a completely new position as a CCTV specialist, tackling cases and solving customer challenges remotely! Your tools will include phone, email, and internal systems. A fantastic opportunity for you who have previous good experience in CCTV; perhaps you have been a traveling technician before but are looking forward to a new position focused primarily on remote support! About the role

As a CCTV specialist, you will primarily work from the office with remote support, but you will also be out with customers from time to time. You are the support expert on CCTV and handle incoming cases via phone and email related to your area of expertise. You are also humble enough to take on tasks in other areas. This role belongs to Nordic Level's 2nd line, and the cases are escalated from the team's service coordinators.

Examples of tasks:

  • Receive incoming support cases via phone and email and assist the customer to a good solution

  • Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting remotely

  • Manage administration and case documentation in the system

  • Escalate cases to service technicians

  • Commissioning at the customer's site together with service technicians

  • Perform quarterly checks and proactive service efforts

  • Assist in other support cases

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a sense of service, responsibility, and customer experience in their blood. You are solution-oriented and professional towards customers, making you a good ambassador for Nordic Level.

Our requirements:

  • About 5 years of work experience in a similar role. Preferably specifically in CCTV, but networking and IT focus is also relevant

  • Several years of experience in customer service

  • Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English

Meritorious:

  • Experience from the security industry

  • Documented qualification in CCTV

  • Driver's license B

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period

Start: By agreement considering notice period

Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7-4 or 8-5
