We are looking for a senior system developer for an assignment where you will develop, enhance, and maintain systems related to travel and identity documents. You will translate business requirements into efficient and quality-assured code and take an active responsibility for driving technical issues forward and contributing to technical decisions.

The role spans the entire lifecycle – from development to maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing – in an environment with service-based solutions, container solutions, databases, and certificate solutions. You may also work with the integration of equipment and sensors, for example, for fingerprint capture.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain system support for travel and identity documents
• Translate business requirements into robust, efficient, and quality-assured program code
• Drive technical issues and contribute to technical decisions within the team
• Work with the entire system lifecycle: development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Develop and maintain service-based solutions and work with container solutions
• Work with databases and CI/CD flows
• If necessary, work with certificate solutions and integration with equipment/sensors

• Swedish citizenship and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• At least 8 years of documented experience as a system developer (experience must have been gained in the last 10 years)
• At least 5 years of practical experience in development using an agile approach
• At least 5 years of practical experience with Java, SQL databases, and CI/CD
• At least 4 years of practical experience with Angular
• At least 4 years of practical experience with Kotlin
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience with certificate management
• Experience with integration of equipment/sensors and communication via web services/websockets
