Sokigo develops essential IT solutions for the public sector and is now looking for a product specialist for AlkT and OL2, market-leading management systems for licensing management in alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and food sales.

As a product specialist, you will be a key person in both the management of current solutions and the development of new solutions. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and customers to ensure that our products continue to maintain the highest quality and industry-leading functionality.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining strategy, customer insight, and technical understanding. You will, among other things:

• Be a driving force in the digital modernization journey

• Support, educate, and guide users – in both small and large matters

• Ensure that development is correctly prioritized and creates real value

• Work in a knowledgeable and welcoming team where you have the opportunity to influence

Since AlkT and OL2 involve several important integrations, you need to have a good technical understanding and the ability to see the whole picture between business and technology.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Experience in case management or the municipal sector

• Knowledge of AlkT or OL2
