We are now looking for an experienced and structured system administrator who wants to help build a stable, secure, and manageable system environment for the implementation of a mission-critical VMS (Video Management System).

This is a role for you who thrive in complex environments with high demands on availability, structure, and quality – and who wants to work closely with architects and agile teams in a modern DevOps environment.

You will work on the further development and management of Configuration Management as well as the implementation and improvement of CI/CD flows for solutions within RITTS.

The environment consists of:

• Windows Server (live and recorded video)

• Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu) for supporting systems and custom-developed components

You will be part of a team where collaboration, structure, and technical excellence are crucial – in an environment where the system's function is business and socially critical.

You will, among other things:

• Further develop and manage Configuration Management solutions

• Design and improve CI/CD flows for .NET-based solutions

• Work with container-based images

• Ensure stable operation in both Windows and Linux environments

• Design and implement automation solutions via scripts

• Contribute to robust log management and monitoring

• Work according to DevOps principles together with architects and development teams

• Ensure that the solutions are manageable in the long term

You have:

• At least 3 years of documented experience in system operations in a Windows Server environment

• At least 3 years of documented experience in system operations in Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu)

• At least 2 years of experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar)

• Experience in designing and implementing configuration management (Puppet, Ansible, Chef, SaltStack, or equivalent) in environments of at least 30 servers

• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD environments for .NET applications (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)

• Experience in log management and/or monitoring solutions in clustered environments (e.g., ELK)

• Experience in working according to agile methodologies

You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.

It is an extra merit if you have:

• Experience with video management systems, especially Milestone XProtect

• Practical experience with CI/CD for .NET projects

• Experience with container-based solutions in operational environments

The assignment is performed on-site at the office at Lindhagensgatan 100, Stadshagen (Kungsholmen, Stockholm).

The work is done in close collaboration with the team and requires physical presence according to the needs of the business.

The client provides a computer and workspace. A mobile phone is required.

Start: March 15, 2026 End: March 15, 2027 Option: 1 + 1 year extension Scope: 40 hours per week
