We are looking for an experienced requirements analyst for a team within insurance, focusing on the life and pension sector. The role combines business-oriented requirements work with technical understanding and involves close collaboration with product experts, IT, and external suppliers. You will be part of an agile team where knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous competence transfer are a natural part of the work.

• Conduct requirements analysis and work with the entire requirements chain: analysis, requirement specification, and follow-up
• Collaborate with product experts and other stakeholders both within and outside IT
• Engage in dialogue with suppliers regarding requirements, solution proposals, and changes
• Contribute to the team's follow-up and reporting together with the PO and group manager
• Document the work and ensure knowledge transfer within the team and to adjacent teams
• If necessary, support in the testing area in line with the team's T-shaped working method

• Knowledge and experience in the life and pension industry
• Technical competence combined with requirements analysis
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Knowledge and experience with Lumera
• Experience with migration to Lumera
• Ability to act in the testing area
