We are now looking for an IT Architect E-archive for our client.

Assignment Description The client is to implement a platform for e-archive at the authority, and the assignment is part of this initiative. Initially, a feasibility study will be conducted to detail requirements and identify possible solution alternatives. Then, a solution choice will be made, possibly through procurement if a decision is made to procure a platform for e-archive. Finally, the platform will be implemented at FI, including any development and configuration as well as the rollout of the platform. The assignment includes responsibility for all work related to IT architecture at all levels within the initiative and also to participate hands-on in the implementation of the platform through development and configuration. The role of IT architect is central to this initiative through all phases. This is a new role at FI.

Mandatory Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of experience leading and developing solution architectures for both in-house development and standard platforms for business processes. Must have experience in requirement specification, verification, and creating solution architectures that support non-functional requirements. Must have knowledge and experience in ensuring IT security within architecture and development related to solution architectures. Must have at least 5 years of experience in software development within .NET, Java, or similar programming languages. Must have knowledge and experience in architecture and solutions in relevant areas in container-based environments, such as Kubernetes and Docker. Must have experience and understanding of agile work and/or the SAFE framework in conjunction with architecture work and architecture governance. Must have knowledge and understanding of information modeling. Must be able to speak fluent Swedish in both written and spoken form. Must commit to being subject to security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.

Desirable Requirements: Should have experience leading and developing target architectures and roadmaps within authorities for modern diaries and/or archive solutions in hybrid environments with a focus on on-premises. Should have knowledge of e-archive and diary regulations. Should have experience in migration between IT systems in similar projects. Should have experience from previous assignments in a larger authority and/or another financial sector in a similar role within similar projects.

The assignment is expected to encompass 100% Assignment Period: 2026-03-23 - 2027-03-22, with the possibility of an extension of up to 1 year.
