We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a project within the Swedish Tax Agency's representation management. This role is suitable for you who thrive at the intersection of business and IT and have a good ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and value-creating requirements.

The position is at Level 3, which normally corresponds to approximately 4–8 years of experience, but for this assignment, at least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization is required.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business representatives, epic owners, product owners, architects, UX, and development teams. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, documenting, and tracking requirements throughout the entire development process.

The assignment takes place in a complex and regulated environment where structure, collaboration, and clear communication are crucial. You will also contribute to establishing a suitable agile requirements management methodology and ensure good traceability between requirements, development, and testing.

You will among other things:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business, stakeholders, and development teams
• Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing
• Collaborate closely with product owners, epic owners, architects, UX, and development teams
• Track requirements throughout the entire development process
• Contribute to establishing and further developing agile requirements management methodology
• Work in a regulated and complex business environment

• At least 6 years of relevant and current experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in requirements analysis in a large organization with at least 1000 employees
• Experience working according to agile requirements methodology
• Experience collaborating with architects, UX, and development teams
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and tracking requirements
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• Experience as a Business Analyst in regulated and complex environments
• Experience in requirements analysis within government agencies or the public sector
• Experience working within the SAFe framework
