As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for leading complex projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to delivery for defense-related customers. You act as the bridge between technology and business, translating technical challenges into concrete schedules and goals. You manage processes and drive them from concept to deployment, ensuring that a security mindset permeates all project activities and that they adhere to industry regulations, defense standards, and maintain the highest level of data security and privacy. As a Project Manager, you will become part of a growing team at the office in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

The role entails overall responsibility for leading technical projects to completion by building project plans, scheduling, and collaborating with both technical teams and translating their needs into technical solutions. You are responsible for managing stakeholders, risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance and data security in a high-tech environment.

• Drive change initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes.
• Create and manage project plans and timelines for complex deliveries.
• Responsible for process structure, overall project management, and project documentation.
• Act as a bridge between technology and the customer's specific needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through attentiveness and good customer knowledge.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in project management within complex technical implementation projects in similar processes.
• Has a very good technical understanding of software development and system processes and can translate needs into technical solutions and a clear project plan.
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English as both languages are used in the role.
• Ability to act independently and drive projects from start to finish.
• Experience in driving change projects.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience working with the defense sector or similar regulated environments.
• Experience driving projects in early concept stages (PoC).
